You have four possible engine options for your new Silverado 1500, allowing you to choose the perfect level of power for your needs. The standard engine on the Silverado 1500 is a TurboMax engine that’s paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission to produce 310 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 430 lb.-ft. of torque at 3000 rpm.
Available engines for the Silverado 1500 include the 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine, which presents 355 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 383 lb.-ft. of torque at 4100 rpm. The 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 gives off 420 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 460 lb.-ft. of torque at 4100 rpm. The 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel engine is the strongest, generating 305 horsepower at 3750 rpm and 495 lb.-ft. of torque at 2750 rpm.
Exterior Features
Chevy Silverado pickups are renowned for their innovative exterior features, like the CornerStep rear bumper. This bumper was specially designed to prevent you from losing your footing when accessing cargo by offering two hollow traction pads at each corner. Other standard exterior features on the Silverado 1500 include cab-mounted cargo lamps, twelve cargo tie-downs, and a high-strength steel Durabed cargo box.
Interior Elements
